The promise was a show you can't fall asleep in... well sitting on a comfy pillow sipping complimentary cocoa the "Something Else" theatre company were certainly stacking the odds aggainst themselves.

Despite feeling really sleepy on arrival, once the action started there is definately no chance of snoozing. Bedtime Stories is a slick collection of comedy shorts all based around the bedroom. Well directed, acted and with great pace and comic timing.

The plays range from surreal dreamy sequences with some rather scary sheep to great embarassing bedtime moments that we can all relate to. It definately offers something different to this years fringe that seems to have a strong stand-up and physical theatre base.

Great cocoa, great comedy and most of all great fun!
