community newsFace of Student Pride 2011Thursday, 11 February 2010 Student Pride today launches a competition to find the face of Student Pride 2011... the only criteria for entry is that you're a student and that you'll be coming down to the Student Pride event in March this year for the finals. Submit your mugshot at the following URL: ...all you need to do is log in (you can use your REALEdinburgh or any other Real City Network account to login) and follow the simple upload instructions. REALPride.com will be launching competition photo galleries to allow you and your friends to vote for the faces (one male, one female) that will form part of the campaign to help promote the 2011 event. The big show-down will be at Revenge in Brighton on Friday March 5th 2010 where finalists will be asked to take to the stage in front of the gathered throng and a panel of judges. The winners will be invited to take part in a professional photo shoot and will be the faces of the event next year appearing in adverts and perhaps even the odd magazine front cover... click for a few shots from this year's Student Pride shoot at: www.realbrighton.com/story/4794 Tickets for this year's National Student Pride event are now on sale and are selling like proverbial hot cakes.
