community news  Heard it on Gaydio about Pride Games Lite?!Tuesday, 1 August 2006 We are very excited to announce the launch of two rather fabulous new websites, designed and powered by REALManchester.com as part of the Real City Network's commitment to support local community and charitable organisations. Manchester Pride Games firmly established itself in 2005 as a way of bringing together gay and lesbian sporting groups and attracting interest from Manchester's gay community and beyond to join in sporting activities around the city. This year, Pride Games Lite will offer both competitive and taster events with an emphasis on fun and involvement. For more information, visit the new www.pridegames.org website. REALManchester.com is delighted to be supporting Pride Games and will be out there photographing events on the weekend of 18-20th August. Gaydio is a new LGBT community radio station that will broadcast live from the heart of Manchester's gay village. Shows start at 7am on Tuesday 15th August to coincide with the run-up to Manchester Pride. The station will broadcast on 87.7FM from central Manchester, but for those a little further afield you can also listen live from their new website www.gaydio.co.uk. The first broadcast is sponsored by AXM Bar where the official launch party will take place. Both sites are built with Real City Network's new Webmaster system which utilises some of the same tools and technology behind REALManchester.com, REALBrighton.com, REALLiverpool.com and REALSoho.co.uk, ensuring that the information on both new websites is always bang up to date.
