UK Black Pride 2008

A celebration of diversity

LGBT Black Pride is set to take over London’s Regents Park this August as performers, MC's and dj’s gather to take Pride. UK Black Pride, (UKBP) was set up to create to promote unity among Black people of African, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Latin American descent who identify as Lesbian Gay Bi-Sexual & Transgender.

Part of a years worth of events and campaigning Black pride UK aims to foster, present & celebrate Black LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual and Transgender) culture through education, the arts, cultural events and advocacy.

And with names such as Celeste, miss Kimberley, Leon Lopez, Queen essence, Biggy C, Dj Philly, Nubian Soul and Jeffery Hinton lined up for their annual pride event it looks like being one hell of proud celebration.
